What are the lease terms?
Lease terms range from a 3-month minimum to 12 months. Leases may be extended beyond these terms, with a written mutual agreement.
How much is rent?
Rent depends on the unit type, length of term, and availability. Typically, longer lease terms are less expensive due to lower apartment turnover costs. Please contact us for up-to-date information.
Are utilities included?
High-speed internet and WIFI are available for all tenants. For Shorter lease terms, utilities are free. For longer terms, tenants are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, garbage and gas.
Can I bring my own furniture?
YES! We understand that everyone has their favorite pieces of furniture. However, we have already provided high-end furnishings which are custom-fit for the unique apartment layouts in order to maximize your comfort. Please contact us to discuss further.
How do maintenance requests work?
This is a family-operated building, so all you have to do is text or email us and we will respond promptly.
What's the pet policy?
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with a maximum weight of 65 pounds each. Pets requires an additional deposit and pet rent. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact us for more information.
